Beyond Physical Therapy LLC is a small fee-for-service clinic. Payment is collected at the time of service (cash, credit card, check, flexible savings accounts, and health savings accounts).

PT Evaluation (60-75 minutes) $160 

-Assessment of muscles, joints, posture, gait, and movement strategies 

-Laser therapy and dry needling, if indicated and appropriate

-Individualized exercise program to address findings

-Education on plan of care and activity recommendations

PT Follow Up Sessions (60 minutes) $115

-Monitor findings from PT evaluation 

-Laser therapy and dry needling, if indicated and appropriate

-Progress and modify exercise program with goal of return to symptom free activity

-Follow up sessions are typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly based on symptoms and goals

Dry Needling (30 minutes) $50

-Dry needling is a technique where the certified therapist inserts sterile acupuncture needles through the skin, into the underlying muscles and tissue in order to decrease muscle tension,  improve circulation, improve mobility and decrease pain.

Laser Therapy and Vita Light Bed  

$75 for single sessions

$300 for 6 sessions

$550 for 12 sessions

-Class IV Laser therapy delivers specific red and near infrared wavelengths of laser light into the body. There are several cellular effects that draws water, oxygen, and nutrients to damaged or injured tissue. This creates an optimal healing environment that reduces inflammation, muscle spasms, stiffness, and pain. 

-Laser Therapy is not including in Physical Therapy follow up sessions. It is an adjunct to physical therapy and is purchased separately.

Due to longer laser sessions than musculoskeletal conditions the cost is higher for peripheral neuropathy treatments. Reformer Fitness Session (prices vary based on instruction need and size of class $23-65)

- 50 minute Pilates Reformer sessions 

-Intro individual session are required prior to joining class

-limited offerings available with cancellation fees applied

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY: A $50 cancellation fee will apply to appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or if patient does not show for appointment. After the second late cancellation or no-show, the full rate for the appointment will be charged.
