Beyond Physical Therapy LLC is a fee-for-service physical therapy clinic providing individualized, one-on-one care. Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, check, FSA, and HSA.

Physical Therapy Evaluation
60–75 minutes | $160

• Comprehensive assessment of posture, gait, joint mobility, muscle performance, and movement strategies

• Laser therapy and dry needling when clinically indicated

• Development of an individualized therapeutic exercise program

• Education regarding plan of care and activity modification

Physical Therapy Follow-Up Sessions
60 minutes | $115

• Ongoing assessment of objective findings

• Laser therapy and dry needling as appropriate

• Exercise progression with the goal of symptom-free functional activity

• Frequency typically weekly or bi-weekly based on clinical presentation

Dry Needling
30 minutes | $55

Dry needling is a skilled intervention performed by a certified therapist involving insertion of sterile filiform needles into myofascial tissue to reduce pain, improve circulation, restore mobility, and decrease muscle tension.

Laser Therapy & Vita Light Bed

• Single session: $75

• 6-session package: $300

• 12-session package: $550

Class IV laser therapy utilizes red and near-infrared wavelengths to stimulate cellular healing processes, increasing oxygenation and nutrient delivery to injured tissue.

Laser therapy is not included in physical therapy follow-up sessions and is offered as an adjunct service.

Laser Therapy for Peripheral Neuropathy

Peripheral neuropathy results from damage to peripheral nerves and may present as pain, numbness, tingling, or weakness, most commonly in the hands and feet. Treatment sessions are longer due to the nature of the condition and are priced accordingly. Please contact Beyond Physical Therapy LLC for additional details and patient outcomes.

Reformer Fitness Sessions

• 50 minutes | $23–$65

• Pilates Reformer-based fitness instruction

• Introductory private session required

• Limited availability; cancellation fees apply

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will result in a $50 fee. After two late cancellations or no-shows, the full session fee will be charged.
